Blood in Urine

Often the first sign—urine may appear pink, red, or cola-colored. It’s usually painless and should never be ignored.

Frequent Urination

Needing to urinate more often than usual, especially at night, can signal bladder irritation caused by early-stage cancer.

Painful Urination

A burning or stinging sensation during urination may resemble a urinary infection but could be a sign of bladder cancer.

Unexplained pelvic or lower abdominal pain, especially when combined with other urinary symptoms, could indicate tumor growth or irritation.
